It has been a long time. Sorry for the long, cold, drought of sound and laughter from Bookbabble-land. We are still around, and have most recently recorded an episode just last Sunday. Due to work commitments, the post-production work on the podcast has been delayed.

I wanted to make an announcement – we’re going to be moving web hosts pretty soon. I’m consolidating to a single hosting provider, and take will make managing the site easier for me (background stuff, don’t worry about it). What you need to know, however, is there should be no impact to you at all – everything else will still work as it always had been (well, too bad the post-production for episodes are still on my lap, and not on the web host’s).

When will this move take place? Before the year is out.

In any event, I wanted to take this opportunity to wish everyone Happy Holidays!

Well. As our dear dedicated listeners know, Bookbabble episodes have been slow in coming. We’re pretty behind in our show releases, but I’m trying to get our some of our shows that do not require as much editing out the door as soon as possible. We have an episode on funny novels, one where we spoke about comics and reviews and pink noise and fantasy characters cage matches, and even the infamous and oft-delayed (first for planning, now for releasing!) Paul Auster smackdown!

During this time you will see the numbers for the BB episodes jump up and down more often than a toad in a dumpster. Worry not. The trusty Episode List shall be your guide, and you’ll know you’re not losing your marbles when episode 67 comes after 73.

Hang in there!
